Our Beader's Party Pail(TM) allows you to do just that. Tucked away in a darling Chinese take-out pail, you will have all the necessary ingredients to create a bracelet or necklace of your choice. Pails include an assortment of nice Czech glass, Chinese lampwork, metal beads, and much more, as well as the stringing material and clasps to finish up a fun piece.
You can have your outing with us at the shoppe, or you may have your pails packed up and ready to head off with you to your desired location. We pack everything you need and do the hard work so you don't have to. All you do is design, relax, and have fun!
Please read the information below to determine what fits your needs:
In-Store Parties:
1. To reserve the Party Room, Parties must have have a minimum of 5 and not exceed 10 guests. (The room will be closed to all other customers for a 2-hour period).
2. The Beader's Party Pail(TM) must be purchased for each guest for a discount price of $12.00/ person for bracelets and $14.95/person for necklaces (Tax will be added). Choice of selection must be made prior to party date. Tools will be provided to finish off jewelry, and assistance will be available as needed.
3. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required. There may be an additional charge of $25/hour if the 2-hour time limit is exceeded.
4. Included for your party provided by Stardust Designs: Tables with table cloths and chairs for all guests; Table for serving food; Use of CD or radio for music; Assistance with clean-up after the party.
5. Not included by Stardust and provided by you : All food and beverages for your guests; Persons to assist in serving your guests; All paper products and decorations (NO CONFETTI, PLEASE!)
Concerning Children's Parties:
6. Children must be 5 and older (Some 5-year-olds may require more assistance). We find that children under 5 have short attention spans, generally lack interest, and do not have the fine dexterity to load beads on a wire.
7. To ensure you have a pleasant experience in an environment that allows us to serve you better, we ask that you immediately take children back to the Party Room upon arrival. We have glass beads, gemstones on strands, glass bowls, and concrete floors, and thus we have concern when children are not supervised.
Parties To Go:
1. Includes the following: Party Pails(TM) (your choice of Bracelets ($12.00/pail) or Necklaces ($14.95/pail) (Tax will be added); Tools are an additional $6.50 but can serve several people; Good diagrams and instructions are also included.
