1. Shipping charges are applied to all orders when filled.
2. We ship only to addresses in the USA and Canada.
3. We ship via UPS or USPS.
4. Orders over $100.00 require signature.
5. Shipping amount is calculated at the time when the order is filled.
6. You MUST be willing to accept Partial Orders in the event of a requested item being out of stock.
7. Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order. Once your order is received, we will make the decision on which method of shipping will be used. If you must receive your order by a certain shipping method, or have other requests, please indicate this in the "additional information" section of the order form.  Please remember that Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not considered shipping days.
8. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or the U.S. Territories, or if you have a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO box, your order will be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping charges will be estimated when your order is processed, and added at the time your order is actually shipped.
9. We will notify you by phone or by e-mail of what the charges are. For Post Office shipments, please allow a minimum of two for arrival. If you have not received your order after two, you can call or e-mail us to check the status. Some items may ship for a standard charge instead of shipping based on weight. If this applies, it will be noted within the product description.

1. Payment in US Dollars by credit card or Paypal. If you do not wish to enter your credit card in our secure shopping cart, you may phone it in to us at (615) 352-5355.
2. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
3. Charges are made only when your order is ready to ship.

1. We no longer backorder items. If you order and prepay for an item that is not currently in stock, you will not be charged for the item, and the remaining order will be shipped accordingly.

Damages or Loss in Shipping 

1. Stardust Designs takes every precaution to make sure your package arrives at its destination unharmed. However, if your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can contact the agencies responsible and start the compensation process. Please do not discard any part of the order or its packaging until instructed to do so, as this may cause delays of even prevent reimbursement.

1. Returns must be made within two weeks of order.
2. Items must be in the same condition as they were shipped.
3. Refunds will be made to your credit card or your PayPal account, depending on how you originally paid for the returned item(s). Refunds will be limited to the purchase price of the articles returned. There will be no refund for shipping costs incurred to your address or from your address back to Stardust Designs.
